Born in Toronto and a 1997 graduate of Northwestern University Dental School, Dr. Khalil takes pride in performing painless dentistry.
Dr. Khalil was born in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, Illinois in 1997. He joined the dental practice in 1998.
Since then the dentists at University Dental Group have worked together to develop a dental team who provide comprehensive dental treatment in a caring manner while always listening to and addressing the needs of the patient.
Dr. Khalil takes pride in performing painless dentistry and has advanced training in Invisalign and cosmetic procedures.

Melissa Rosello, D.M.D.
General Dentist
A University of Florida graduate and true Floridian, Dr. Rosello has advanced training in implant and laser dentistry, with Fellowship status in the ICOI.
Dr. Rosello was born in Michigan, but considers herself a true Floridian having spent most of her life in the Orlando area. She is a graduate of the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry. She received her D.M.D. degree in May 2006 and joined University Dental Group in June 2006.
Dr. Rosello has completed advanced training in implant dentistry and has the distinction of being awarded Fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. She has achieved higher education in both Invisalign and traditional straight-wire orthodontics. In addition, Dr. Rosello has completed advanced courses in fabrication of single visit cad-cam all porcelain restorations.
Dr. Rosello has completed advanced training in Laser Dentistry. With the addition of the Fotona Lightwalker Laser to her practice, she is able to provide her patients with both the leading dental technology and the foremost in esthetic services.
Dr. Rosello is a general dentist with great enthusiasm for dentistry along with a sincere care and concern for her patients. In addition to her passion for dentistry, Dr. Rosello is a founding board member of a local non-profit, Our Backyard Foundation, which was created to give back to our local community and help those who would not, otherwise, be afforded the opportunity for assistance. In her free time, Dr. Rosello takes great pleasure in spending time outdoors.

Originally from Chicago, Dr. Torres-Friedmann earned her D.M.D. from the University of Florida and brings advanced training from implants to facial aesthetics.
Dr. Teri Torres-Friedmann is originally from Chicago, Illinois, but found her home in the Sunshine State. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Florida, followed by a general practice residency at New York Methodist Hospital in New York City.
Since joining University Dental Group in 2007, Dr. Torres-Friedmann has been dedicated to treating patients with compassion, gentleness, and a commitment to maximum comfort. To provide the highest standard of care, she has completed advanced training in implants, orthodontics, dental sleep appliances, cosmetic dentistry, and facial aesthetics.
She is a proud member of both the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association, and has previously served on the board of Aesthetic Medical Educators Training. Outside of the office, Dr. Torres-Friedmann and her husband love cooking, playing tennis with their two children, and cuddling with their dog, Georgia.

A dental hygienist for over 33 years and with UDG since 1996, Becky's positive attitude truly helps her patients feel comfortable.
Becky has been a dental hygienist for over 33 years. She began working at University Dental Group in 1996. Although Becky is originally from Massachusetts, she has called Central Florida her home for many years. She has been married for over 25 years and has enjoyed raising her son and daughter in this community.
Becky has experience working in pediatric dentistry as well as general dentistry. She has a positive attitude which truly helps her patients feel comfortable in her care. She loves making a difference in her patients' oral health. Becky always welcomes learning new aspects of dentistry because she truly cares about her patients' well being and wants to be able to provide the very best care.
In her social time she enjoys the beach, outdoor activities and always finds the time to cheer on her Boston teams!

With sixteen years of clinical experience, Penny is well known for her gentle touch, caring heart and dedication to perfection.
Penny Haley is a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist with sixteen years of clinical experience. She recently joined the University Dental Group staff in January 2016. Penny graduated from Valencia Community College at the top of her class in 2004 with an A.S. Degree in Dental Hygiene.
Among the many skills she brings to our practice is her qualification to administer local dental anesthesia for the comfort and pain-free care of her patients. In addition, she is well known for her gentle touch, caring heart and dedication to perfection. Penny believes that working at UDG, among some of the most highly skilled dentists in the dental profession today, has made her a better hygienist.
Penny continues to grow in her dental knowledge through continuing education. She believes through the implementation of the latest technologies and procedures in dental hygiene she can deliver the best oral care for her patients. Sherry has been a Dental Hygienist for over 37 years. She began her career in Georgia, and moved to Florida in 2011. Sherry has years of dental hygiene experience working with Pediatrics and Periodontics as well as general Dentistry. She recently joined the team of University Dental Group in January 2020.
Sherry is a highly skilled professional and has a unique way of putting her patients at ease, leaving them with a positive dental experience. In her social time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs Story and Jax.

A Certified Registered Dental Hygienist with a background in biology and education, Diana is known for thorough, gentle cleanings and a patient, teaching approach.
Diana is a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist who brings a strong background in biology, education, and patient care to her role. She graduated from Valencia College in 2022 with her degree in Dental Hygiene and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida.
Before beginning her career in dental hygiene, Diana taught high school for two years and tutored math for ten years — experiences that shaped her patient, educational approach to care. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable while teaching them the importance of proper home care tailored to their needs, and is known for her thorough cleanings, attention to detail, and dedication to helping each patient improve and maintain their oral health.
Originally from Arizona, Diana enjoys visiting her family whenever she can. In her free time, she loves walking and cycling on Florida's trails and spending time with her young daughter, who is her whole world.
